Quick & Delicious Honey Garlic Shrimp

Honey Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients:

  • 300g shrimp, peeled and cleaned
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper
  • Sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, and lemon juice in a bowl.
  2. Add the shrimp and marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan and cook the shrimp for 2–3 minutes on each side.
  4. Pour the remaining marinade into the pan and let it thicken for 1 minute.
  5. Serve with rice or noodles.
