Honey Garlic Shrimp
Ingredients:
- 300g shrimp, peeled and cleaned
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper
- Sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions:
- Mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, and lemon juice in a bowl.
- Add the shrimp and marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and cook the shrimp for 2–3 minutes on each side.
- Pour the remaining marinade into the pan and let it thicken for 1 minute.
- Serve with rice or noodles.
