Filet Mignon with Mustard 🍽️🥩

Ingredients:

- 2 cutlet fillets (approximately 200g each)

- 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard

- 1 tablespoon of olive oil

- 1 tablespoon of butter

- 100 ml of fresh cream

- 1 shallot (finely chopped)

- Salt and pepper to taste

- A few sprouts of fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

1. In a small bowl, mix the Dijon mustard with a pinch of salt and pepper.

2. Generously bask in tender fillets with this mustard mix.

3. Heat the olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.

4. Add the fillet fillets to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side for a slow cook, or adjust to your liking.

5. Remove the nets from the frying pan and let them sit for a few minutes under aluminum foil.

6. In the same pan, add the shallots and simmer for about 2 minutes.

7. Add sour cream and let simmer for 2-3 minutes until you get a creamy sauce.

8. Put the fillets back in the frying pan to coat them well in the sauce.

9. Serve hot fillets, topped with fresh parsley.
